Quick troubleshooting
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
- Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- If no markers display: switch to the Premium tab in the bottom navigation, then back to the Map screen. If markers still don’t load, fully close the app and restart.
- Purchases - Subscriptions: If you completed a purchase but don’t see Premium features, tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the Premium page.
- Purchases - One-time items (credits): If something goes wrong after purchase, please contact support and we’ll help resolve it.
- If you see "ui.search_by_tags" in the top-left filter or other text starting with "ui", fully close the app and relaunch (swipe it away from the recent apps screen or use "force close" on iOS).
